The consult is direct pay. Quest and Labcorp bloodwork can often be billed to your insurance. Specialty kits such as GI-MAP are cash pay through the lab that runs them. The price is quoted before the kit is ordered.

Fasting insulin, ApoB, inflammatory markers, micronutrients, and a complete thyroid panel, chosen for the story, not a fixed menu of 60 tests. The point is to find a driver. It is not a biological-age score.

BHRT

Sex hormones, cortisol pattern, and thyroid are reviewed together for perimenopause, andropause, and fatigue that tracks with stress. Bioidentical therapy is used when the labs and the symptoms agree. It is not started from a quiz.

Gut testing

GI-MAP and related stool tests are used when bloating, irregular stools, or reflux are part of the picture. They look for imbalance and inflammation. They do not diagnose leaky gut as a standalone disease, and they do not fix the rest of the chart by themselves.

Recovery support
